HOTEL ROOM RESERVATION

You are asked to book your hotel room reservation. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis and you can make your room reservation at the Omni PGA Frisco Resort & Spa by clicking here.

Business Meeting registration begins on Wednesday, October 8 at 12:00 p.m. but please note that hotel check-in is not until 4:00 p.m. The hotel will hold your luggage, if needed, until your room is ready.

AIR TRAVEL

Please plan on booking your own flight and plan to arrive on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, no later than 1:00 p.m. in order to get to the hotel, check into your room and be able to attend the Opening General Session that begins at 3:00 p.m.

Programming will conclude after lunch on Friday, October 10, 2025, so plan to depart from Dallas Love Field or DFW Airport in the late afternoon.

GROUND TRANSPORTATION

Please plan to arrange your own your ground transportation to and from the Dallas Fort Worth International Airport or Dallas Love Field and the Omni PGA Frisco Resort & Spa.

Uber, Lyft and taxis can easily be found at the airport and throughout the area. The rates vary depending on the time of day but the average cost for Uber and Lyft is $50-$100 per transfer from the Dallas Fort Worth Airport to the Omni PGA Frisco Resort & Spa.

Airport shuttle service is not provided by hotel.

The resort's standard self-parking rate is $25.00 per vehicle, but please note that cost has been waived for this event. The current overnight valet rate is $35.00.
