This year hasn’t been without its challenges. The broader macroeconomic environment in 2025 has tested all of us in different ways. But through it all, Wingstop has continued to showcase the overall strength of the brand – with strong momentum, a clear vision, and one big goal in mind: to become a Top 10 Global Restaurant Brand.

Wingstop is truly in a category of one and the brand’s success is because of you, the partnership we have built and your commitment to the brand. And while we’re proud of the progress we’ve made, our focus remains on the long game – continuing to invest in the long-term strategies that center around driving best-in-class returns for our brand partners and fuel long-term growth for the system.

This meeting is a great chance to align on the business – but just as important, it’s a moment to step back from the day-to-day, spend time together, and build stronger connections across the brand.
