You'll need to coordinate your own ground transportation in your originating city and in Dallas, TX. Please see the travel section for more details.

Baylor Scott & White Medical Center is located just minutes away from the Omni PGA Frisco Resort & Spa.

October is a wonderful time to be in Texas – the average high is 81°F and the average low is 56°F. We do suggest that you check the weather prior to departure for the most current predictions.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Registration fees are transferable and refundable on or before Friday, September 5, 2025. After Friday, September 5, 2025, paid registrations may only be transferred to an attendee of the same type*, but registration fees will not be refunded after this date. To cancel or modify your registration, please send your request to WRIRegistration@strategicpartnersmi.com.

*Legal Entity Brand Partner registration transfers can only be given to another Legal Entity Brand Partner at no cost. If transferred to a Brand Partner guest, a $1,000 fee will apply.
